In his 3 years as a senior instructor for Wall Street Prep, Brad has run seminars for a wide variety of investment banking and corporate clients in North America, East Asia and the Persian Gulf. In addition to in-house training, Brad has conducted open seminars in New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Toronto, Dubai, Kuwait City, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Brad was an Investment Banking Associate within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at UBS Investment Bank, where he was involved in a range of diverse transactions that included restructuring, capital raising and M&A for a variety of banks, insurance companies and specialty finance firms. He was one of FIG’s two primary coverage associates for large and mid-cap U.S. regional banks and headed up the group’s internal training program for incoming junior bankers. Prior to UBS, Brad served for over 5 years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he headed a variety of overseas deployments and training programs. Brad received an MBA from Gonzaga University and graduated with a BS in Military History from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
