What exactly is included in the Premium Package & Basic Package?

Upon enrollment in the Premium or Basic Package, you will receive instant access to HD video courses that will introduce you to key modeling concepts and take you through the model building process in an intuitive, step-by-step manner. From the video course pages, you can download a course PDF manual as well as the Excel financial model templates, SEC filings, research reports, and other documents you will use to build real financial models from scratch.

What is the difference between the Premium and the Basic Package?

The Basic Package covers financial statement modeling and Excel best practices. It does not cover transactional modeling, such as LBO, and Mergers and Acquisitions modeling. Furthermore, it does not cover valuation modeling, such as DCF or comparable company analysis, or comparable transaction analysis. The Premium Package includes all topics covered in the Basic Package, plus: DCF modeling, Comparable company analysis, Comparable transaction analysis, LBO Modeling, M&A Modeling and Advanced Accounting Topics.

If I purchase the Basic Package, will I be able to upgrade to the Premium Package?

You can enroll in the Basic Package first and later upgrade to the Premium Package. The cost is simply the $299 difference. Upon enrollment in the Basic Package, you’ll receive a link to the Premium Package upgrade page.

How long does it take to get the physical materials that come with some Wall Street Prep courses?

While select Wall Street Prep courses include physical course manuals to supplement video lessons, PDF versions of all course manuals are available to you immediately upon enrollment, so you never have to wait for materials to arrive before starting a course. Simply log into your course page at http://wallstreetprep.com/my-courses and begin the video lessons at any time. For orders with shipping placed before 3pm EST Monday-Friday, course manuals are shipped the same day. For orders with shipping placed after 3pm, course manuals are shipped the following day, and for orders with shipping placed between Friday at 3pm EST and Monday at 3pm EST, course manuals will be shipped Monday.

Which payment methods do you accept? Can I enroll without using a credit card?

There are 3 acceptable payment methods to enroll in our programs

  • Credit Card: Select your program(s) at www.wallstreetprep.com/programs/ and proceed through the online checkout.
  • Paypal: Select your program(s) at www.wallstreetprep.com/programs/ and proceed through the online checkout.
  • Bank Check: Please download and complete our Bank Check Order Form. Attach to the form a check in the appropriate amount and send via mail to the address on the order form. If your course contains shipping, course materials will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
I am trying to enroll online but I am getting an error message. What should I do?

FAQ: Technical Support

I’m unable to play course videos.

Wall Street Prep course videos can be played on modern browsers with native HTML5 support, older browsers running the latest version of Flash, and mobile devices. Most playback issues can be solved by updating Flash at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html. If you’re still unable to play videos after switching to a modern browser or updating Flash on an older browser, please email [email protected] and include a screenshot of any error messages along with a description of the playback issue (i.e. Are you experiencing playback issues on all videos or just one? Have you previously been able to play the videos?).

I completed a Wall Street Prep Exam but my results are not appearing in the “Quiz/Exam Scores” section of the My Courses page.

If your exam results are not appearing, please make sure you’ve completed the exam by answering all questions. If you left the exam before completing it, or if you experienced a technical issue such as a browser crash or an internet outage, you can return to the in-progress exam at any time. You will need to start at the beginning, but your previous answers will be marked as you left them.

I purchased a course but did not receive a username and password.

If you have not received an e-mail after 5-10 minutes from the time of purchase, please make sure to check your e-mail client’s spam/junk mail folder before contacting the support team.
