All materials included in Wall Street Prep’s Self Study Program including “Step-by-step Tutorial Guide,” Wall Street Prep’s proprietary portfolio of financial models, supplementary notes, are for individual use and are not to be duplicated, copied, disseminated or distributed without the expressed, written permission of Wall Street Prep, Inc. The Self Study Program is designed for illustrative purposes only and does not, in any way, constitute an investment thesis or recommendation.

Wall Street Prep takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our customers, whether you buy our Self Study product or attend our courses. It also applies to visitors to our free website.Wall Street Prep takes strong measures to protect your privacy. First, we only ask you to provide information that we need in order to deliver the service you have requested. Second, we don’t share the information you have given us, period.

Billing Policy

The following Terms of Use constitute Wall Street Prep’s Billing Policy and apply to ALL Wall Street Prep customers:


All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. If you provide Wall Street Prep your credit card information, you authorize Wall Street Prep to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to your account. Recurring charges will be posted to your credit card until such time that you cancel your account in accordance with Wall Street Prep’s Billing Policy in the TOU. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying Wall Street Prep, of any changes to your credit card (including, but not limited to card number, expiration date, billing address, or card status). Customers not paying by credit card agree to make payment of their balance due within ten (10) days of the Account Statement Date. Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due will be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

Account Renewals

In order to insure uninterrupted access to Student Passport membership, membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis. Plan renewal charges are based on the rate on the initial date of membership. If you wish to cancel your membership before plan renewal, please refer to the Cancellation section below.


Wall Street Prep does not mail paper invoices or statements. Statements can be requested by emailing billing@wallstreetprep.com.

Cancellations and Returns

Oil & Gas and Bank Modeling Programs: Unopened and unused products may be returned to Wall Street Prep within 7 days of the shipping date. Such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

All Other Programs (including Premium Package, Basic Package, Accounting Crash Course, etc.): Full refund within 30 days of enrollment.

Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks

Wall Street Prep has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to a fine, suspension and account termination at Wall Street Prep’s discretion. A charge of $25.00 per chargeback will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback.

Billing / Price Changes

Wall Street Prep’s policies and prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective in the next billing cycle.

Discount Codes for University Seminars

Wall Street Prep does not allow the use of coupon codes as part of university on-campus seminar enrollments, unless these have been created specifically for those events. Customers agree to allow Wall Street Prep to debit their credit cards for the amount of discount in cases when customers inadvertently use unauthorized discount codes when registering for university events.
