Matan is the founder and CEO of Wall Street Prep. He has trained thousands of MBAs and investment bankers globally and has led the development of many of Wall Street Prep’s popular training and interview prep programs. Prior to founding Wall Street Prep, Matan has served in several capacities on Wall Street — as an Analyst in Chase Manhattan Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York, as an Associate within JP Morgan’s Equity Research Group. During his Wall Street career, Matan was involved in the interview and recruiting process, both on the analyst and associate level.
Prior to joining Wall Street Prep Inc., Arkady was an Associate within the Energy & Natural Resources of the Equity Research Group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. (FBRC), covering Integrated Oils & Independent Refiners Equities. Prior to joining FBRC in October 2001, Arkady was an Investment Banking Analyst within J.P. Morgan Chase’s Global Oil & Gas Group, where he was involved in a number of complex transactions, involving hostile takeovers, recapitalizations, and cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions. Arkady has extensive interview experience, having actively participated in investment banking, equity research, and sales & trading recruiting processes.
Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Ziv worked for Merrill Lynch in the company’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York as an intern and subsequently as an analyst. Ziv graduated with Honors from Cornell University with a BA in Economics and Mathematics. Ziv has accumulated a wealth of recruiting knowledge stemming from his active involvement in the interview process and numerous university presentations.
