Matan Feldman

Matan Feldman is Wall Street Prep’s founder and managing partner. Feldman’s responsibilities include business development, development of courses, and overseeing training programs. Feldman has overseen training programs for clients including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Raymond James, Stifel Nicolaus, FBR Capital Markets, Sagent Advisors, Giuliani Capital Advisors, J.P. Morgan, Cerberus, Wharton Business School, London Business School, Kellogg, Booth, Stern (NYU), and Cornell. Prior to founding Wall Street Prep, Feldman served in several capacities on Wall Street—first as an analyst in Chase Manhattan Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York, and subsequently as an associate within J.P. Morgan’s Equity Research Group, covering Food & Drug Retail equities.

Alastair Matchett

Alastair Matchett is founder and managing director of Financial Edge with over 22 years of experience training finance professionals at the world’s leading investment banks. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in M&A, covering financial institutions and oil and gas, after completing the Morgan Finance Program in New York. He went on to manage a portfolio of private equity investments at 3i, where he also negotiated equity financing for leveraged buyouts. Alastair founded AMT Training in 1997 and Financial Edge Training (A Wall Street Prep Company) in 2016, building a track record of delivering practitioner-led programs across the top investment banks globally.

Andrea Ward

Andrea Ward is Managing Director and Head Instructor at Financial Edge and Wall Street Prep, bringing over 22 years of experience designing and delivering bespoke finance training programs. She began her investment banking career in the M&A team at Lehman Brothers before moving to Alex Brown, where she focused on private equity, media, and technology transactions. Andrea then transitioned into financial education, managing AMT Training globally before joining Financial Edge in 2018 as Managing Director and Instructor. Since then, she has spent seven years training analysts and associates at the world’s top investment banks, with a focus on practical, deal-ready skill development.

Deborah Taylor

Deborah Taylor is a Senior Trainer at Wall Street Prep and Financial Edge, bringing over seven years of industry experience in equity research, accounting, and valuation. She spent seven years as a Director at Barclays Equity Research, specializing in accounting and valuation as part of a top-ranked sector team, before moving into a Co-Head role in Sustainable and Thematic Investing, where her focus shifted to corporate governance, tax, and regulation. Deborah is a chartered accountant and co-author of Financial Statement Analysis under IFRS (2018). She also serves on the Capital Markets Advisory Committee (CMAC) for the IASB, providing direct input from the international community of financial statement users. Her training covers financial statement analysis, accounting, and valuation for finance professionals at all levels.

Andrew Federico

Andrew Federico serves as the Director of Investment Banking Curriculum at Wall Street Prep. He currently oversees the development and execution of technical and professional training for all investment banking curriculums. Andrew joined the firm in July 2019 as an instructor and healthcare subject matter expert. Prior to Wall Street Prep, Andrew worked for J.P. Morgan on the Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York City as an analyst and associate. While at J.P. Morgan, he worked on a variety of transactions including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances and other client advisory services across biopharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare services industries. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he began his career in financial services with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a commercial credit analyst in Dallas covering middle-market companies. Andrew holds a BBA in Finance from the Rawls College of Business and a BS in Agricultural Business from the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas Tech University.

Bogdan Tudose

Bogdan Tudose is Head of AI and Data Science at Wall Street Prep, where he leads the integration of AI tools and workflows into WSP’s training programs. His current focus is building AI fluency into new hire training for investment banking, markets, private equity, and investment management — designing curriculum that equips analysts to use AI productively on Day 1 without substituting it for the foundational skills that professional judgment depends on. Before joining WSP, he gained hands-on experience in investment banking at BMO and hedge fund investing at Anson Funds. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems.

Dylan Lam

Dylan Lam serves as Head of Private Equity & Private Credit with 10+ years of private equity and investment banking experience across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Dylan was a private equity senior associate at Staple Street Capital. Prior to Staple Street Capital, Dylan was an investment banking analyst at Moelis & Company. Dylan holds a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce, as well as a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Eric Cheung

Eric Cheung is Head of Markets and lead instructor for Wall Street Prep’s Capital Markets and Sales & Trading programs. Eric’s financial markets career began after he was a finalist for J.P. Morgan’s Fantasy Futures trading competition. Eric worked at J.P. Morgan for 10 years across DCM, Syndicate and Sales & Trading Roles, including in the Cross Asset Sales & Structuring group with trade execution experience across all asset classes. Eric is an expert in International Markets and Cross-Border transactions with global work experience in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
