Certification in Financial & Valuation Modeling

Individuals who complete any of Wall Street Prep’s 4-day Financial and Valuation Modeling seminars are eligible to receive a Certification in Financial and Valuation Modeling. To become certified, students must successfully complete a short examination administered online by Wall Street Prep within 12 months following the seminar. The examination will consist of multiple-choice questions and will focus on topics covered throughout the seminar. The examination is self-paced (no time limit).

Use of Certification as a Credential

Students may only use the Wall Street Prep Certification of Financial and Valuation Modeling upon successful completion of the Certification examination.
