In Module III , trainees learn how to build a dynamic, iterative leverage buyout (LBO) model in Excel from scratch, using real case studies, industry best practices, and sensitivity analyses.
LBO analysis is used by investment banks and private equity firms to assess the value of business in the event of a leveraged recapitalization (buyout).
