Boot Camp Overview
The unique regulatory framework and business model of financial institutions pose specific challenges in the areas of analysis, forecasting and valuation. In this 2-day course, participants will focus exclusively on banks.
On Day 1, you will understand the operating model of banks and regulatory and capital implication, and learn how to analyze the financial statements of a bank and begin building a complete bank forecast model.
On Day 2, you will complete the forecast model, then create a Dividend Discount Model (DDM) for bank valuation. The course will conclude with a discussion of specific considerations around bank M&A. This intensive course is designed to equip professionals engaged in the analysis and valuation of banks, with the hands-on skill set needed on the job and is taught by an experienced FIG investment banker.
Each day runs from 9a-5p.
